Our Services

Cutting

Semi-Automatic Cutting Area with straight knife cutting machines Manual marking on lay of spread piles using block section open marker makes our cutting as humanely accurate as possible.

Stitching

2 Sewing lines, with 35 machines in first one and 25 in the second. Two supervisors and a manual clipping process helps our stitching produce flawless garments.

Finishing and Packing

With a total of 20 people, we focus on checking every single garment to ensure it is pitch perfect and then packed as per our customer standards.

Systems

We ensure on-time delivery through rigorously monitored timing and action calen- dars. To ensure there is no hinderance during our production, we conduct a number of steps such as forecasting, waste calculation etc. We have a trained team that follows up on the production status while providing timely updates to our clients.

Quality

Starting from yarn, every single input is purchased from grade A suppliers and is tested before use. Better yarn and dyestuffs allow for a great looking product while reducing mid process wastages. Our cutting team assess the quality of fabric, during process, to ensure perfect execution for stitching onwards.

WRAP CERTIFIED

We are a wrap certified facility and take to heart all the compliance and policies assigned to us. This certification has allowed us to retain new customers by providing surety that our vicinity is safe and on par with all international regulations.
